Integrated to OpenAdStream®, New Module Will Generate More Complete and Detailed Results

Sao Paolo, Brazil – April 17, 2006 – Realmedia Latin America and Quova (www.quova.com) have signed a strategic partnership to supply the Brazilian market with a geo-targeting advertising module, integrated to Realmedia’s OAS (OpenAdStream®).

"Broadband use in the Brazilian market already exceeded countries such as Italy and Spain. The potential of the advertising online is enormous," said Gary Jackson, Quova’s Chief Operations Officer. "Geo-targeting represents a tremendous value proposition for this market, because the country is so large and has so many different regions and culture. Successfully connecting to such a huge and varied market requires localized marketing of localized products and prices, but no such initiatives have been launched in Brazil, so there is a massive opportunity in these territories for more sophisticated advertising and analytics. Realmedia Brazil has the sophistication and the vision to leverage Quova’s technology to introduce these services to the marketplace."

According to Martino Bagini, Realmedia’s managing director: "Our company has always provided its customers with geo-targeting capability as one of the top features of Open AdStream’s adserving platform. As time went by, it became clear to the company that updating a geolocation database in order to maintain the accuracy of the adserving geo-targeting module would require a large investment. Quova has a dedicated team that was able to provide us with a turnkey, constantly updated geolocation database, extremely precise and easily integrated into our products. Our partners and customers will benefit immensely from being able to show geographically specific advertisements."

Realmedia expects to start selling its new geo-targeting module integrated with Quova’s geolocation database by July. "It is our understanding that in a growing space like the online advertising market, ad targeting is one of the main factors that will add value to the online advertisement and help raise the average CPM. Geo-targeting is one of the foundations of that vision," said Bagini.
